These Terms govern your use of joandrew.com.sg (the “Site”), operated by J.A. COSMEHEALTH (“JoAndrew”, “we”, “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
1. Who can order
You need to be 18 or older (or have a parent/guardian’s consent) to place an order. By ordering, you confirm you meet this.
2. Accounts
You can create an account to track orders. You’re responsible for your password and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect someone else is using it.
3. Products and pricing
- Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) for Malaysia orders, Singapore Dollar (SGD) for Singapore orders, and the relevant local currency for other destinations. The currency shown at checkout is what you’ll be charged in.
- Prices include any applicable local sales tax (SST in Malaysia, GST in Singapore).
- We try to keep product info accurate but errors happen. If a price is obviously wrong (e.g. a $500 serum listed at $5), we may cancel the order and refund you, even after confirmation.
- Product photos are representative. Packaging may differ slightly between batches (especially Korean products where manufacturers update packaging).
4. Orders and payment
When you place an order, you get an order confirmation email. That’s an acknowledgement, not acceptance. We accept your order when we ship it (and charge your payment method at that point). We can cancel an order before shipment if we can’t fulfil it (out of stock, pricing error, payment failure, suspected fraud) and refund you in full.
5. Shipping and risk
See our Shipping Policy for delivery times, rates, and tracking. Risk of loss and title pass to you when the courier hands the parcel over (or when it’s collected from a pickup point, your choice).
6. Returns and refunds
See our Refund Policy. The short version: 7 days for change-of-mind (unopened only), 48 hours for damage/wrong item.
7. Product use and disclaimers
Korean skincare is generally well-tolerated but everyone’s skin is different. We’re not doctors. If you have known allergies, are pregnant, or are using prescription skincare, check with your dermatologist first. Patch test new products on a small area before full use. We don’t guarantee specific results — skincare outcomes depend on your skin, your routine, and consistency.
8. Your content (reviews, comments)
If you post reviews, comments, or photos on the Site, you give us a non-exclusive right to use them for marketing (e.g. on the homepage, in social media). Don’t post anything defamatory, illegal, or that belongs to someone else. We can remove content that violates this.
9. Intellectual property
The Site content (text, photos, logos, our product descriptions) is ours or our licensors’. Don’t copy it without permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to the Site or your order is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that order. We’re not liable for indirect damages (lost profits, lost data, etc.).
11. Disputes and governing law
These Terms are governed by Malaysian law. Disputes are handled by Malaysian courts (or the relevant small-claims tribunal for low-value claims). If you’re a Singapore customer, Singapore’s consumer protection laws still apply to you in addition to these Terms where they give you stronger rights.
12. Changes
We can update these Terms. Material changes get a 30-day notice (email or banner on the Site). Continued use after the change date means you accept the new Terms.
