JoAndrew sells Korean skincare to Malaysian customers. We’re small, we’re honest, and we only carry brands we actually use ourselves.
The three brands we carry
We don’t have a 200-brand catalogue. We have three: DABO, TSUYA TSUYA, and TSUYA II. Every product on this site has been on my own bathroom counter, my wife’s, or both our parents’. I know what each one does because I’ve used it for months, not because the marketing brochure says so.
All three are Korean brands. None have any Malaysian distribution (which is why this site exists — we ship direct from KL). I buy direct from the manufacturers via a Korean sourcing partner. No middlemen, no grey-market, no “parallel imports” that might be fake.
Who we are
The brand is named after my two kids, Jonathan and Andrew. Jo from Jonathan, Andrew from Andrew. That’s it. No clever acronym, no Korean wordplay.
My name is Malk. I run JoAndrew with my wife and one part-time helper. When you WhatsApp us, you’re reaching me. When you order, my wife or I pack your box. No call centre, no chatbot, no outsourced support team.
I started JoAndrew in 2023 because I was already bringing back K-beauty from my Korea work trips. Friends asked if I could ship to them. Then to their friends. By the end of 2024 it was a real business. In early 2025 I incorporated as J.A. COSMEHEALTH (the legal name) and registered JoAndrew (the customer name).
What we won’t compromise on
- Authenticity. Everything comes direct from the Korean manufacturer. We have invoices. If you ever doubt a product is real, WhatsApp me and I’ll send you the original Korean receipt.
- Honest descriptions. No “miracle cure”, “anti-aging breakthrough”, “celebrity secret”. If a product hydrates, I say it hydrates. I don’t promise results I can’t deliver.
- Fair prices. Our prices are roughly the same as what you’d pay in Korea, plus MY customs/duties (which we pay, not you), plus shipping. We don’t markup 200% because we could.
- Easy returns. If something’s wrong, we fix it. See our Refund Policy.
What’s coming next
We’re working on a 4th brand (TBD, testing it on ourselves for 3 months first). We’re adding more payment options for SG customers (PayNow is the most-requested). And we’re writing a “K-Beauty for MY weather” guide that goes into more detail than the blog post.
