Jo Andrew offers reliable shipping within Singapore and to selected international destinations. This policy explains our delivery options, timeframes, and fees.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently ship to:

  • Singapore (all addresses, including Sentosa and Tuas)
  • Malaysia (Peninsular and East Malaysia / Sabah, Sarawak)
  • Brunei

For deliveries to other countries, please contact us at Joandrewkorea@gmail.com for a custom shipping quote before placing your order.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Singapore (Standard) 2-3 business days
Singapore (Express) Next business day (orders placed before 2pm SGT)
Malaysia (Standard) 5-7 business days
Malaysia (Express) 2-3 business days
Brunei 5-10 business days

Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays. Timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, or extreme weather events.

3. Shipping Fees

Malaysia SGD 10.00 (flat) Free for orders over SGD 150
Brunei SGD 15.00 (flat) Free for orders over SGD 200

Express delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and parcel weight.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number by email. You can track your parcel on the courier’s website (e.g. SingPost, Ninja Van, Aramex). If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact us.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our couriers typically attempt delivery 1-2 times. If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may leave a calling card with instructions for re-delivery or self-collection. Parcels not collected within the courier’s holding period may be returned to us at your expense.

7. Customs and Import Duties (International Orders)

For deliveries outside Singapore, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are payable upon delivery.

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at Joandrewkorea@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the courier to locate or replace your order.
