JoAndrew ships from Malaysia to anywhere we can legally send Korean skincare. This page covers where we ship, how long it takes, what it costs, and what happens if something goes wrong.
Where we ship
We currently ship to:
- Malaysia (West & East Malaysia) — same rates both regions
- Singapore — flat rate, no surprises
- Brunei — flat rate
- Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines — via tracked courier, slightly higher rates
Outside this list? Email us at hello@joandrew.com.sg first and we’ll quote you a rate before you place the order.
How long it takes

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Malaysian public holidays. Orders placed after 2pm MYT or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
How much it costs
- Peninsular Malaysia: Free for orders over RM150. Otherwise RM8 standard / RM15 express.
- East Malaysia: Free for orders over RM200. Otherwise RM15 standard / RM25 express.
- Singapore: Flat RM25 (≈S$7) regardless of order size.
- Brunei: Flat RM30.
- Indonesia / Thailand / Philippines: RM45 flat, tracked courier only.
Rates shown at checkout are final. We don’t add handling fees, fuel surcharges, or weekend premiums.
Tracking
Every order gets a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder, then email us.
If something goes wrong
Lost in transit? Damaged on arrival? We replace it. See our Refund Policy for the full process — short version: tell us within 48 hours, send a photo, we cover return shipping.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t redirect parcels once dispatched — if it goes to the wrong address because of a typo on your end, it’s on you to contact the courier to retrieve it.
