Refund Policy

At Jo Andrew, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.
1. Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns for change of mind under the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals and tags intact.
- You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare, cosmetics, or beauty tools, even if the seal is intact, where product contact with skin has occurred.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Joandrewkorea@gmail.com with:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the damaged/incorrect item(s) and the outer packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion. Return shipping for damaged or incorrect items will be covered by Jo Andrew.
3. How to Request a Return
- Email us at Joandrewkorea@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for our written confirmation and return instructions. Do not send items back without authorisation.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-14 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
- Jo Andrew reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet the conditions in Section 1 or 2.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been opened, used, or where the original seal has been broken.
- Gift cards or vouchers.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery (for change of mind).
7. Consumer Rights
This Refund Policy is in addition to your rights under the Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and the Lemon Law (Part III of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003). Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
